Q. How do I access goCrop? What is the difference between the goCrop web application and mobile application?

A: The goCrop web application or “web site”, at app.gocrop.com, can be accessed using a browser (such as Chrome or Firefox) on a computer or smartphone. On the web site, create an account and enter your initial farm plan. Reports can be printed from the web site. The web site cannot be used offline (without an internet connection).

The goCrop mobile application or “app” allows you to access your plan while out in the field and keep records even when you don’t have an internet connection. After creating an account and plan on the web site, download the app to your handheld iOS or Android device (iPhone or iPad, Android smartphone or tablet). To download the goCrop mobile application for iOS, visit goCrop on the Apple App Store from your device. To download the goCrop mobile application for Android, visit goCrop on Google Play from your device.

Q. How do I delete my account?

A: You can close your account by logging in to your Account page at app.gocrop.com and choosing Cancel my account. You can also close your account by writing to info@gocrop.com or calling us at (802) 524-4480 ext. 466 and providing the email address you use to sign in.

Closing your account is permanent. When your account is closed, all farm data associated with your account will be deleted unless you transfer it to another user ahead of time. All user data is also deleted with the exception of records of any financial transactions you made, which are retained for legal purposes. Some of your data may still be present in system backups created before you closed your account, which are retained for up to 90 days.

Q. Will I be notified when my free trial subscription is ending?

A: Yes, you will receive a few reminders via email.

Q. Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?

A: No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up for a trial account. Enter it when you’re ready to start your subscription.

Q. What happens at the end of my trial?

A: Enter your credit card information and you’ll be ready to go. If you decide goCrop is not for you there’s no need to cancel anything. Your account becomes inactive, but your data remains intact in case you decide to purchase at a later time.
